*Warm Data comes from work of Nora Bateson. A Warm Data Lab is less like a workshop and more like stepping into a living conversation for sensing the threads between life’s many layers including family, work, ecology, politics, culture, technology. We notice how they move together. It is “warm” because it resists cold, isolated analysis. It asks us to bring our whole selves: our stories, our metaphors, our hesitations, our humour.
Imagine a circle where stories move like water: overlapping, branching, pooling. Rather than tracking a single current, you begin to feel the river system. The methodology is an invitation to dwell in that complexity, to notice relationships that normally stay hidden when we try to reduce things to categories.
